Focusing on You

 

01 — Health Coaching

Through the process of exploring your current habits and ways of being, we will identify behavior changes and action steps you can take to realize your health goals. Sessions are 30 minutes and usually occur biweekly for 3 months. At that point we will assess if more time is needed to work together.



02 — Personal Training

I work in person or virtually to design and implement individualized programs to help you achieve your fitness goals. I will assess your current level of fitness and provide workouts to correct muscle imbalances causing pain and build strength. Sessions are 60 minutes and work to fit your schedule.




03 — Fitness Programming

I will write workouts for you to complete on your own time based on your current level of fitness and goals. I use TrueCoach app software that allows you to see demonstrations of exercises and see individualized coaching cues for you. I write programs on a monthly basis for you to complete on your best schedule.




04 — Combination

The best results happen with a combination of all my services! During our introductory call, we will discover what makes the most sense based on your needs and goals.
